DDC Management, with an institutional strategic capital partner, developed the 41-lot subdivision in the Horizon West area of Orlando, Florida. We entitled, engineered, and developed this area, and are selling finished lots to Hartizen Homes. The project will provide homes in the highly desired Horizon West region.
